🔑 How to Access Your Collaborator Code on Shopify (2025 Update)
If an agency, designer, or developer needs access to your Shopify store, they’ll ask for your Collaborator Request Code — also known as your Collab Code.
Here’s how to find it in the current Shopify admin:
🧠Step 1: Log In to Your Shopify Admin
Go to shopify.com and log in to your store dashboard.
⚙️ Step 2: Open Settings → Users and security
In the bottom-left corner of your admin, click Settings, then select Users and security from the left-hand menu.
đź”’ Step 3: Click the Security Tab
On the left side, under Users, click Security.
This page contains your user activity logs and Collaborator section.
🧩 Step 4: Locate Your Collaborator Code
Scroll to the section labeled Collaborators.
You’ll see your store name and a short code — for example:
Click the clipboard icon đź“‹ to copy it.
If you ever want to refresh it, click Generate new code.
